I really need to get my front end done and car painted so I can get out an show it off with you guys! I was thinking doing the same type of thing with my roof with the vinyl as Michael_price1990 on his yellow svt. Or paint it a satin/matte black, to save a little work. since the paint on my roof is chipped and cracked all to hell. Opinions Brian?

turning my car into a track car, don't think it will be much to show! lol my paints in a tad bit of crummy shape. i don't think ill redo it with the risk of chipping due to rally.

Speaking if which, i have a proposition for those who may be interested. i'm considering starting a car club, for more then focus's! basically i think if we can get around 10 people who would like to race on the track around say, once a month (for 150 a day or 100 half a day) i think i could work out some deals with some local tire companies, exhaust, and even a paint/body shop as long as we rep their names at the track, and attend some car shows as well. and maybe i can even talk to the Pueblo track and see if i can get them to cut down entry prices. worth a shot! i did this in Texas with some friends and we got some really good deals from a lot of local companies! even had free shop labor from our exhaust shop! pay the price of the exhaust you wanted and they installed it professionally for free! all we had to do was rep their name! I'm a good freind with a local paint and bosy shop, and i think if we have a few cars to rep his name, i can approach him with a organization of cars, rep his name, and possibly get labor cost cut down for you guys needing paint work done!

any of you interested in racing? all you need for the pueblo track is a Certified SA racing helmet (150$ in price) and your pretty much good! better racing tires (slicks) are recommended and through time you will want. there is a local miata club i think we can join with our focus's! however, i think we may have a better shot with local sponsors starting with our own focus car club! the track here offers training, not sure of the price. i have already been certified at the track i was affiliated with in texas. racing is an absolute blast, if any of you would like to come to the road course here in pueblo let me know when! ill try to go out there and race with you! just give me a few weeks notice!

Yea I'm in the springs, I just purchased my zx3 two months ago because my ranger was stolen ...but I was wondering if anyone had a roof rack they would like to sell?? I'm looking to have one for skiing and mountain biking. And I was wondering if I could get some help with installation oneI find one?
