I'm pretty sure it won't. I've looked into it myself and read that the tail pipe will end too short of your bumper on a sedan.

I didn't know how much people want to mess around cutting and welding. I'm pretty sure the tailpipe is too short for a sedan.

It helps to know what kind of system this is:

If it's a stock it most likely won't, since they're a solid length.

if it's something like borla, magnaflow, etc: they usually have a sort of adapter that goes in between the muffler and the cat.

if it's something like fswerks or steeda, probably not since they're cut to the car.
