vct or maybe worse?

so i've been having some problems with my ride recently, the CEL has been on lately for the past 3-4 weeks, it came on when driving at 40-50mph and didn't seem to have any issues at all, i got it scanned within 10 minutes of coming on at o reillys, they said o2 sensor, i was like pish posh not important atm. then i got it scanned again to get exact codes numbers, and then one of them was p1381, which is excessive cam timing advanced or something like that. it could be timing off or it could be just a bad vct selenoid from what i read. i'm hoping just for the vct or somehow an o2 sensor.
the other codes that showed up were p1132, p1131, p0172, p0141. i'm hoping i can this myself and not have to bring it into a shop. last night and today it started running a little rough for a min or so every now and then and would go away. my car is a day to day status on how well it runs. i've noticed when i'm on the highway, its pretty much fine if i stay cruising in 6th. help please

Were the timing components changed recently? 1381 is very common after the timing belt has been changed due to most shops/people not knowing the proper procedure for setting the timing.

I changed the belt last summer, ran fine no problems. The belt didn't break, so they just used that tool that holds it still while changing the belt

sometimes when i'm in gear and going, then leave it in gear and take my foot off the brake, it results in a rough idle and then i give it a little gas and release and the rough idle goes away. sometimes i hear a small clunk when doing such.
i may or may not have gotten a little water in my intake this spring, about 3ish months ago, i'm not positive but if i did such, would a little bit of water be making this happen?
