With the vehicle in closed loop, it will run stoich air/fuel ratio.

Stoich is dependent on your fuel composition, gas is 14.65, the current 10% ethanol/gas nationwide std is 14.09.
Regardelss of your fuel composition, if you have an aftermarket wideband, you should set it for lambda reading, so you don't have to worry about fuel composition.
Lambda of 1.0 = stoic on the wideband, that equals ~.45 volts on an EGO sensor.

When the vehicle is at high loads/pedal it will run richer, around 13:1 with stock cal.

Why did you post this question?

At idle in closed loop the ECU is always switching the AF , so you will see between 13.5 and 15.3 +/-

WOT or high load you dont want to see anything over 12.8-12.9

this has me wondering why im seeing 11 to 11.5afr wot on my innovative lc1 wideband
even though my car came with an sct tune by steeda canada
from what I understand best n/a power is typically 12.8 to 13.5 afr but my dyno sheet shows 172 whp
I am also using Esso 92 octane gas which apparently contains no ethanol

With out knowing your mods I cant say about the dyno sheet other then that sounds high for NA , as for the AF your very rich and loosing performance in WOT from that

WOT I wouldnt go above 12.8 there is no power gain from 12.8 to 13.2 thats worth having over the engine safety 1 - 2 Hp

there has to be more done to the car then the listed mods.. the intake should add none in reality given that the svt stock intake has been shown to have the greatest airflow.. throttle body doesnt add hp just response..

do you know who you bought it from? was he a member here? reason i ask is because the mods you may have already installed can have an affect on AFR

I built the car. The car was dyno tuned by steeda. My steeda xcal two broke. So I got another xcal2 and had the car re-tuned by a local company. They made a dogs of it. They left the in open loop only and the cruising/idle and MPG a horrible. I had 168Whp 158lbs with the steeda tune.

I have

Ford racing head (milled .040)
SVT header
AEM intake Cold air
2.5 inch Exaust and flex
essling Cam gears
Cat stage 2cams
crowler spring/retainers
Under drive pullies
MSD coil/wires
FC 65mm TB
2000 port intake man.
EGR delete
Terry hains tranny (4.08 gears)

returned the car to stock with the sct and behold im in the 12.5 to 13 afr at wot, so the sct program cost me more gas and less power.
Food for thought when choosing who to tune your focus
