ST wheels, part one?:

Today my friend Mario and I test-fit a couple of his Focus ST's stock wheels on the sedan. I've wanted to see how they would look for a while and it would carry on with the 'STedan' theme.

The tires mounted on these are not the OEM size; they're some 215 winters so they're slightly stretched and are not as large as the factory pieces. That helps contribute to the seemingly larger wheel gap.

They're also about 9mm higher in offset so they are a little sunk. Overall they're not bad though and with spacers and wider tires could look rather nice on the yellow four-door.

I <3 the ST wheels, and it's better for continuing the ST-edan theme going on than the Volvo wheels.

Bill custom paint the ST wheels! then it will be more unique then just stock ST wheels. A black/yellow or yellow/black custom paint would look amazing!

I am on the fence about these. The R's fit better in terms of width and offset but the STs are obviously a bit bigger and with wider tires and spacers would look great.

Carry on with the STedan theme or keep the paid-for, fit-well Rs? Hmm.

And there would go more money! Haha. Gunmetal would look good though.

It still adds to the growing cost of swapping to ST wheels.

I had my se 16's powdered for 155 for all four. They had some killer gunmetal and charcoal colors that I would have done if my wheels were 18's.

I like the volvo for the record. I check craigslist every day for any volvo 17s or 18s.

Ford never intended for it to work.

But it does.
