We will update our website and post on the forum once we have these back in-stock once it is available. It will be first come first served.

I already know three is not going to be enough. Once the larger batch is made I am sure we will have all the billet oil pump gears we will need for awhile.

question is.... do we want one of the first ones.... focusmaniaczx3 I will race you to it.... makes me a little nervous being the first 1-2 users though. What kind of warranty will you (C-F-M) provide if these gear fail under "normal" operating conditions? or are you 100% confident with the vetting of this manufacture and the tolerances that there will be no issue? How much testing has been done when installed into the pump assembly and ran at the 8,000 RPM?

Old gears were $250... hope the new ones stay close to the same.

The main thing is making sure the billet oil pump gears are within specifications. If they are within specifications, it will be fine. That is something we are going to double check here before sending anything out. There are actually four being made, but one is going into a engine to be test before selling the other three. It will be test to atleast 8,000 rpms if not higher.

The billet oil pump gears before were not heat treated. Heat treating the gears will make them stronger.

We only sell top quality product.

Regarding warranty. Any product we sell we offer a 90 day warranty on the part itself. If defective, it will be replace with a new one.

Keep in mind I am probably telling you guys too much information regarding the issues we are running into. I tell you the problems because I want you to understand why it is taking so long. We ran into other issues before with other manufacturers we used in the past for these oil pump gears. We always had to check the specifications on these gears. We just make sure that only the ones that meet our specifications are accepted. It is standard quality control for us.

^^ this is completely understandable. I think there is just more of a "nagging" I will call it, because it was a product that was available but has not been available for almost the last year or more. The first go around this product was not "known" to be under development. We appreciate all the effort that is going into getting this right. we dont want to put pressure on any one to lower standards. there are just a few of us with money in hand waiting for the second this thing drops to order it.

So with these being heat treated they should be stronger and perform up to a slightly higher RPM?
