Need some help, a/f running rich...

I have a 2003 svt turbo'ed looking for some help my car is just blowing smoke and the a/f gauge is registering that its running rich.. the car has the diablo sport tuner with the mafia mass air, no engine codes... tried resetting ecu and reinstalling diablo tuner, no such luck...
