Coming from experiance. If you do decide to fold it to get it to the buyer. It will unfold and straighten out the creases on its own, and with the help of a blow dryer.

I had got mine folded in half twice and was a little pisses when I saw the box size. But like I said two days of sitting flat on the floor with a blower for a little help you will never notice, it perfectly straight.

GLWS.

i picked up one used for $50 shipped. i think thats about the going rate. mine came rolled up. unrolled just fine np dmg. they are really resilient. think about all the curbs it hits and scraping speed bumps etc.
i cant imagine what the shipping on a straightt box would be. $$$$$$$$

Well, I'll be a monkey's uncle. Really?

In that case I will package it however the buyer sees fit. In the end, they are paying for the part and the shipping. If they don't care that it all balled up and they have to let it bake in 110* heat for 10 days, that's on them for making that decision to cheap out on shipping. I could see it maybe going into one of the long map tubes...

Yea you can see here I laid it flat on the floor against the wall for over night, then heated up the crease in the front to make it soft then worked it back into shape. Once bolted on it was fine.

It comes from FORD in a full size box all nice and flat. It was $35 to ship. I tried to convince them to roll it up and save on shipping but they left it in the FORD box.

I've also ordered a chin spoiler for my 03 Cobra from Tousley and it came rolled up. A couple hours in the sun and it was flexible and straight.
