SVT turbo build

So i'm new to the turbo scene and have some general questions. The kit I purchased comes with most everything I need ( I think ).

Mitsubishi Turbocharger TE044 with internal wastegate
304 stainless turbo header manifold
304 stainless down pipe to cat
front mount air to air intercooler
all intercooler piping
Blitz blow off valve
all silicone couplers & clamps
oil supply line to turbo
oil return line to oil pan
air filter and conical
all hardware included
silicone vac. lines
oil pan with bung

I will need to purchase injectors and a wideband. I plan on running around 8 psi and would like to run 42 pound injectors, will these be sufficient? Also, will I need to change out the MAF?

I will also need to tune it. Any suggestions on the tune? where to go, or maybe get a handheld tuner with a TOM made tune? Like I said, i'm new to this so please add any input and suggestions.

Do not change the maf. Yesur injectors are sufficient for that amount of psi

Stock MAF, DiabloSport MAFia, I would highly suggest some DEI exhaust wrap for the mani, Downpipe, and a turbo blanket for the turbo. A good support mod would be 180 degree thermostat which only takes about 10mons to install and helps the car run cooler. As zxthriz said 42's will supply 8psi easy. If your planning on going higher I'd just buy 60lbs from the start so you can save money. I would just shoot him an email with any build questions if you need more help. He is very honest and the most reputable tuner on the forums IMO. Any questions shoot me a pm. I've been piecing together a turbo build for months and have done extensive research on almost every component concerning turbo/engine/drivetrain.

Good Luck with the build,

Anthony
