Pre-tune, were your MPG's starting to droop due to the buildup? or has it been pretty much the same since 10kish miles?

I would say yes cause it took me about 25-30 miles more than expected to empty my 87 tank before I switched to the 93 tune. Also I noticed with the updated tune when I switched to the 97 that my mpg reader was adjusting better to how I was driving like when I first got the car. The tune has improved my feel economy but I think the clean improved the car reading and adjusting the mpg reeader.

My best advise on taking fuel economy is to hand calculate every time you fill up. I can't speak for the effectiveness, but I do plan on getting the bore scope out soon.

Looking forward to this. Curious how bad our engines are with carbon buildup. Especially after the ecoboost v6 story.

Dose your bore scope have picture capability would like to see some that was one of our easy sales to our customers being able to show them the pictures when I worked for a dealer.
