I'm telling you, you will love it. It's such a fun little car. It still puts smiles on my face 3 years later!

Also, quite envious of the leather interior. That's the only thing I wish I had.

Miztaken1312 just swap out the seats. Its not hard, and not very expensive. Ive done it on both my 2010 SES's. Silver one is an auto, blue is the manual. Check out this thread under

My 2000 SVT Contour (wife was using it as a DD) is showing her age. It was time to go. Kids are grown and I have Mariner. So I started looking for a replacement for the Mrs. Picked up an 09 SES Coupe. Every option I think except ATX. She loves it. I think it is slow.... LOL

I was thinking about changing my 2011 Ford Focus SES 4dr sedan from auto to manual, but everyone is saying it wouldnt be worth it. In my head a part of me says the same, but another part of me says to do it since i only have 34,000 miles on it and ill have it for a while.

On that new of a car I wouldn't do it. You still have a powertrain warranty.

True.. What about when it gets to like 80k miles? Maybe I should just wait till i get a new car long down the road. I always think about man if I had a manual car it would be fun, but i guess its best to just wait.

I'd only do it if the transmission blew. 80k is not a lot for modern cars. My car is at 61k and the trans is still as smooth and crisp as it was when I got it. Aside from the nice grind once going into third. But I deserve all fault for that. Word of advice to everyone, don't race your friend in his WRX, even though you'll be neck and neck until his boost pressure builds.
