Anyone have a few dynos showing that? I have a 2.3 and i'd be shocked if it got that high. With just an intake, I'm guessing I might have 135whp.

There is a member here (yellow 07 ZX3, runs 12.7 with N02. "why hate on the 2.0?") , I forget his name. Anyway, he showed a dyno after all those mods except the 2.3 head and he had 160+ whp. I would venture a guess that with the 2.3 head he could have maybe been at 170. This is PEAK hp at a high rpm. You are better off with the full D23 that is in your ST, honestly, because you have the tq throughout the powerband. His is made for the track.

Tbh i chose the car a year ago becuase it has very great gas millage since i have had it and will have it till i pay it off i have had thoughts of doing performance to the car. Now that i see that people have done the same i want to continue to add performance mods to the car.. I am going to order lower mm obx header sct programmer 2.3 head and get aftermarket cams for the head... Does anyone know what aftermarket cams to go with with the 2.3 head???

Of course crane cams 224-0010 would work great for your combo.

Never mind on the year for the head i figured that one out.lol. As for the head and the cams i am ordering the head next month and the cams after that. Then i am going to wait for all the parts to get in so i can install everything at one including the 2.3 head, cams and the arp stud kit for the head... The obx header and the sct tuner will already be in place so this will also help a little... This is going to be a great project and i cant wait to hear and see what a difference in power all the bolt ons working together are going to make... Once i install the 2.3 head and cams is there a certain tune i will need???

B4 you buy an SCT tuner, talk to TurboTom here.

He offers a package deal of SCT Tuner & lifetime custom tuning.

I'd suggest looking at the "tuning" section here for more info. to get "up to speed" on what's involved, including useful Hdwe. for best results (Wideband O2 is VERY helpful, almost required for more than basic mods. You're in this category)

Luck!
