You did a nice job on this and it looks like it took a lot of effort, I just don't think I'll ever understand the allure of a fake carbon fiber vinyl wrap. The purpose of carbon fiber is to reduce weight. Even if you decide to leave a carbon hood unpainted, it will still be shiny because of the resin and clear coat. This is neither shiny nor weight-saving.

i agree fake is usually bad but this looks good as they took time installing and not a rush job. carbon fiber doesn't stay shiney forever the elements can wreak havoc on it like mine where the clear coat is beat up and cracked i thought about doing the carbon fiber wrap or fix the damage and do the plastic dip carbon fiber lol

Thanks yeah I agree I would like to have a real car on fiber hood but I can't see spending around 350$ for a hood just to save 20lbs.... this only cost 75 lol....

Thanks...Its the stock grille vinyl wrapped black then the insert is a billet aluminum one I got off ebay and then I painted it black also...
