When I was shopping fo my SE. no one had ANY hatch with manual and sport package, let alone in Yellow Blaze.
I had to go 60 miles out of Milwaukee to find my car.
And I was lucky that one dealer had one.
My car was over $22,000.
I have a lot of stuff, no nav, no backup stuff. no park assist.
So it seems a lot of it all has to do with what dealers order, what is avaialble at the time one is shopping.

I would think different markets have different priorities.

I have a '12 SE non mft, winter package, 16" alloys, heated cloth seats, heated mirrors turn sigs on mirrors. Idk how "loaded" of an SE I have but it's everything I wanted in it and only cost me 17k (thanks to Z plan) and not including downpayment. :)

In around Mid-Michigan, I see mostly SE's.

I would have bought an SE too, if I could have got it in Performance Blue, without having to buy the upgrade package. I absolutely had to have the Performance Blue. I would rather have cloth seats.

My dealer was offering the Titanium price at about $800 more than the upgraded SE, so I decided to splurge for the extra's. It was a dealer trade I found at another dealer.

I am happy with it and love all the bells and whistles.

Looking to buy a Black Titanium with 18's and nav for 19999, + TTL 21,552. I have college discount of $500 so comes out to 21k for everything.

Does this seem like a good deal to fellow Titanium owners?

My main issue with the titanium was that I had to get the MFT so that sealed the deal on the SE for me.

Speaking of demographics..it would be interesting to see a demographic of small car owners by education level. Warning..what is about to come is based purely on observation and is not scientific in any way. This is not intended to start a flame-war or insult anyone....just stuff I think about. Generally speaking, higher education levels equate to higher income levels. I have always thought that most buyers with higher education levels (college, grad school) go with foreign brands such as Honda etc. Conversely, domestic companies like Ford often sell to an overall lower-education level/lower income base so they typically sell more lower trim level vehicles than higher ones. Go to an area like Northern VA (outside of D.C.)...mostly higher trim-level imports by and large. The overall education level is high in that area as are the income levels. Go to a rural area in VA and you see mainly domestics and lower trim levels. My point is this, I think you are more likely to see higher trim level Honda Civics (EXs) than higher trim level Ford Focuses (Titaniums) on the road based on the demographics of the typical Ford vs. Honda owner. Discuss. Finally, I fall into the higher education/income level and went with a Ford..go figure!

I see a fairly loaded Yellow Blaze Ti by me everyday.

Oh wait, that's mine!

I don't see allot of Ti's by me, no less a Yellow Blaze. I've only seen once a Ti Yellow Blaze besides mine in the past year in my area.
