Power steering oil leak on MK1 Focus

Power steering oil leaking from power steering ram. I am loosing 5-10 drops of oil a day. How big a job is it to fix this and how much could it cost.

Power steering is a bit tight now but drivable. What if I continue to use it as it is.

Thanks in advance for all comments.
