Like turbo turtle said, I would contact agp or contact Borg Warner and see if they have any housings.
Internal waste gate works but I just don't like it, I think you can control the boost better with external waste gate

^^ which is why i'm trying to locate a hosing. ive fired off some emails and i'm playing the waiting game. it seems my turbos is something along the lines of an hx35-40 which explains the 24 psi wastegate actuator. i really dont want to weld the damned flap shut. as taht seems ghetto and could potentially damage something if that decides to break.

i'm starting to think the guy measured incorrectly. it seems everywhere i look for specs on this model it has a 69mm inducer and a 61mm exducer. go figure. i will double check with a set of calipers here soon. but i think this is what it really is. if so finding a housing just got easier.
