Well after all of the negative nancies in here who completely shit on Plasti-dip, if this is the first time you have used it, it looks pretty good. There are many businesses now around the country that specialize in dipping cars. If you want to see what other kind of potential the product has, check out a shop owned by some of my friends called Dip-Tex.

Secondly, do the pink wheels. Even if you are new to the car modding scene, you have been to car shows. You have seen what people have done. You have decided what you want to do. Do it. FF has plenty of information and how-to guides. So you should easily be able to do anything your heart desires without too much difficulty.

Welcome to the forums. I too am not a dip fan but I have never put anyone down for using it. It's your car so what ever.

I like to see another ohioan, I'm not sure how far away bellview is from bellefontaine but I'm going to be setting up a small g2g here in the next month or so to help me work on my car. You outta show up to meet some of your fellow focus guys and get some ideas.

The OP has only made 3 posts and has not been online for 2 days. I think the negativity has scared him off.

I hope we look back on Plasti Dip the same way we do with Altezza taillights—it's a fad, a lot of people are caught up in it, and some day we'll reach a consensus that it doesn't look good.
