whooooo I feel special now. even though you directed this to someone else. I figure I would pop in and say I will soon be receiving my 2010 SES coupe 5 spd Sterling Grey Metallic in a day or two. Its coming from Michigan. I cant wait to get it. Parents keep sending pictures, it pisses me off I want it here already.

I almost bought a sterling gray 2011ses with leather. It would have been 3k more than my SE and the payments would have been about 60 more.

How many of you have a manual 5 speed in your 2nd gen? I wants to know. I has it.

-VonKrause-

I got a certified preowned 09 SE coupe last May w 40k miles a 5 speed trans. Finding one w manual was a must, especially in a car with such a small engine. I added a weighted shift knob from TWM Performance. Its weighs over a pound and is brushed aluminum with engraved gear pattern. It makes a HUGE difference in shifting performance, so much smoother and effortless. I recommend one for everyone w a manual.

Mods:
-FSwerks Race Exhaust
-FSwerks Cool-Flo CAI
-FSwerks Front + Rear Strut Stress Bars
-FSwerks Engine Cover
-H&R Cup Lowering Springs
-18" Aluminum Racing Wheels
-Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport Tires
-Hyper Yellow Fog Lights
-LED Switchback Turn Signals/ Position Lights
-LED Interior Bulbs, Trunk & Licence Plate bulbs
-SES Silver Dash Upgrade

I have an 08 S and an 09 SES both are five speeds. I will never own an automatic for as long as I can get away with it.

When you go to get the rear dome (if it didn't come with it) ignore what Ford says, they are wrong, when you order the rear dome for a 2010-2011 they send the one for the 1st gen wagon and hatch. The one you are looking for (and this is funny) is the front dome or map light Assembly out of the first gen vehicles. I know that sounds weird but when I FINALLY got to see one in person STOCK I knew I had the wrong one, I have the one with the map lights AND the dome light, which still works.

Love the thing now but figured I would let yall know.
