With the OBX I'd be losing the second O2 sensor correct? Do I just zip tie that out of the way and get a tune that doesn't throw a CEL for it? Hopefully it'll still pass WA inspection. With the stock exhaust I don't think it'll be much louder, yeah?

Correct^^^^^^^^^^. The connector is really short.

header install issues

By the way there is a bracket that the connects are connected to, I removed that bracket= xtra debris. I also used my original manifold gasket too. I had a new oem ford one to install & saw the original one was better. I also had to oblong the bracket that does between the manifold/header & that bolts to the block, that keeps it stable. I oblonged the 2 holes on the header side. Don't run the header w/o it. Like a lot of aftermarket parts, you need to mod then. No big deal, thats part of modding. LOL
