I have orp woth stock svt exhaust and I wouldn't call it raspy. There are certain rpm's where it has slight rasp, but only within the first 2 minutes of driving. Full throttle sounds clean, a little too quiet for me.

I have a Magnaflow muffler and tip with 2 1/2" pipe on my 02 SVT, sounds mean as hell, especially in the higher RPM range. I live in California too, Bay Area, as long as ur cat is on there you are all good. I'd say go with Magnaflow....

My lunchbox delete is enough for me, I'm afraid if I do anything else it'll sound too ricey.

I too hate the ricey coffee can sound. Mine sounds deep and rich and it really is not too loud unless your in high RPM range. Sounds almost like a light duty truck with exhaust, not ricey at all. Well if you change your mind id say look at Magnaflows. Just my 2cnts...

Agreed, love the Borla on my SVT. Got to love when the RPMs get about 4000 too. Many compliments.

I have heard a magnaflow system and it sounds good, but I would choose Borla over it everytime

My Magnaflows came with the car when I purchased it, sure beats the stock exhaust! I love Borla too tho, all in all both are great choices.
