Glowshift Gauge Disasemble.

Alright, so I am in the process of making a custom face to match the OEM SVT gauges(silver face green glow) I have a Glowhift Voltage gauge and I have disassembled it almost completely. I am just stuck on the needle. I have carefully tried to pry at it with no luck. I don't want to break it but it needs Come off for me to replace the face.

Anybody successfully take the needle off without busting it? I know it's "only a cheap gauge" but this is what I can afford and I want it to match the dash.

you just gotta pull. try using a flat head screw driver and gently pry. just make sure you are pulling it straight out as to not bend it

I have pulled on it and that sucker won't come off. I even tried using a fork. Lol

I even talked direct with Glowshift and they said they haven't even done it.

I think I am gonna have to carefully cut it and the re attach the top with a very small screw so it can be removed again if need be. Wish me luck!!

If you haven't gotten it yet, try using two spoons for nice even leverage to pry it off.
