It's a been a bit for me to be online. But from what I see here ... nice photos guys.

That Abarth rolling photo is nice.

And Ryan, digging the baby shots. You did a good job man for your first go around with that genre.

Thanks man. It was definitely a tricky type of shoot. A lot harder than doing cars lol. But I'm pretty stoked with the outcome, and so are my brother and sister-in-law so that's what matters to me.

The one and only picture I posted on Facebook (the vertical one with my brother's hands holding him) got 90+ likes. Which, it's just likes, but the response was awesome. I'm pretty proud of these shots. They're easily some of my best. God bless that 50mm. Certainly not the best lens for it, but luckily I had enough room to make it work.

Honestly, the 50 is one of the best for portrait. So, you were in good hands. But yes, room can be difficult if you don't have much.

And since you have a crop sensor DSLR, the 35mm would be your 50mm equivalent.

But indeed, I think you hit it on the nail pretty well for your first time.

He got smacked with the ban hammer.. so he has taken his talents over to VWVortex. And Facebook.

^You can find his work there.

As for RedComet.. my advice is your shots seem really grainy. Try turning down your ISO a bit.
