2003 se wagon tuning

I have 2003 2.0 dohc. I recently downloaded ECUFLASH and downloaded my current configuration. Just do to lack of experience I'm a little hesitant to just start making changes that I'm not 100 percent sure will increase performance. I'm very aware that I'm not going to get any crazy horsepower gains, but quite frankly I'm just looking for improved throttle response.

What I was hoping was that someone had some advice on what I should modifying. Or maybe someone has a successful flash that theyed like to share.

No, ecuflash. The SCT comes with preset flashes for your individual car. I wouldn't asking if I had preloadable flashes

You shouldnt change anything if your talking about using the self adjusting settings in your xcal if you have that , no one can send you a file that you could use as the tune files are coded
I can sell you a custom tune and do datalogging to get it as close for safety and performance as we can but thats your only choice other then the pre loaded tunes which need work
