I dunno where to get a hat other than Jim. The only fuel rail I can find is a obx and if they screw something that simple up there is no hope for them. Im currently still researching all this because I have rubber line in the right size but don't trust it next to an exhaust pipe. Thats what the community is for buddy, Ill help as much as I can.

Using the stock hat with a ghetto hanger made with an aluminum pipe, sender bolts on the side and brass fittings across the hat for each pump. Have a Steeda rail, it's a big wider but you can order a custom rail too. Good fuel line is about $9/ft, from the FPR route it directly to the hat avoid leaks and keep it simple and clean.
