SCT Live Link?

I can not find the download link for live link anywhere, i managed to download the updated but cant find the live link link, Tom needs me to do dataloging because my code is unique or something. Can someone help me out?

I'm using the x-cal 3 but the 2 software works for 3 as far as I know. Do you have a link that's just for 3?
