i got a crunching noise at low speeds

This seemed to happen right after i installed my header. its probably from driving it hard everyday.
But before i bring it to a mechanic i would like to know whats making the noise. its like a grinding crunching noise at very low speeds it doesnt sound good. i havent driven it hard since i herd the noise im scared somethings going to snap or my cars gonna go flying off the road.
Could it be the drive axel? or just a bearing?

That^^^^^^^^ Plus roll the window & drive slow & see if you can hear the noise. Also find a hill & cut the motor off & see if you can still hear it. Cut the wheel one way & is it a clicking noise or what?

It was tie rod bushing, it was when i would drive straight it would sound like grinding crunching, and at high speeds i could hear it against the curb or when passing a car. it was the front left. So glad it wasnt a drive axle would of been alot more expensive.
