Excellent Dealer Experience

Well, I took my 2012 Focus in for several issues yesterday. 21,900 miles. Wiper motor recall, peeling chrome on the steering wheel, the TSB for manual trans driveability, and the TSB for keyless entry. I went to Earnhardt Ford in Chandler, AZ. They took great care of my car, fixed my issues and washed the car afterwards. I'm very satisfied with the service and the car drives better than before. They replaced the entire steering wheel.
I just wanted to post a positive note about a Ford dealer and their service. Seem like all you ever hear about are the negative ones.

I appreciate you doing that. I need a dose of positive experience for perspective from time to time. My dealer is usually good - the only real beef I have with them is their hiding the features built into my car behind their "magic software" that you never get to see. They do many nice and good things for me overall.

Great news, dbernie5! If you'd like to make this feedback "official" just send me a PM with your name, phone number, and any details you'd like me to include. I'll document this under your dealership's name in our system. :)

That's pretty funny, I've always disliked the dealerships I've gone to but recently bought my focus and really liked the place I got it from. Saw this thread and thought maybe I'd mention my dealerships name as well.

Turns out great minds think alike, I also bought from Earnhardt and for the first time ever left the dealership happy. Guess it's free PR time for them!

I bought my focus from a awesome dealership too. Unfortunately it wasn't a Ford dealer it was a Mopar dealer.

The Ford dealer here sucks and the destroyed my exhaust on my last visit and failed to mention it. My car left none running, so I didn't know it was damaged until I got it home and jacked it up a week or so later. I've got pictures!

I sent them a email they wouldn't believe me and nothing happened. What a surprise. Can we leave negative feed back and the dealer name crystal?

Hi TheGlassMaker,

I can document any feedback, negative or positive. Just send me a private message (PM) with your name, daytime phone number, the dealership name/location, and any information you would like to include about your experience.
