Mine was done at 119k. The one thing I had Ford do due to the timing after replacement potential issue.
Left the original water pump but had the tensioner/idler replaced.

my shopping list....since then I added s-belt pulley and tensioner and of course the s-belt.

Are those the motorcraft motor mounts? Where'd you get them from? I've been looking around for a good price on them.

look at the difference between old and new. I know some guys go for poly mount or cfm, I went stock since my car is my DD and want a smooth idle

Thanks! I'll have to send him a message. I ordered a motorcraft passenger side motor mount and I didn't check the part number closely enough.. ended up getting the non-SVT one. I haven't been able to find the motorcraft SVT one online.

Finally got my belt. Pulley, tesioner, and waterpump done at 132.000. Had as local shop do for $250.

I would say around 80K, though if you live where the climate gets really cold, it would need t be done sooner

Did your heat exchanger/cooler tube leak or are you replacing it as a 'while you're there?'
