That looks sweet! I've been wanting to do this to mine for a while now as I don't have the desire to drop $600 on a full catback. Could you please post the part number of what magnaflow you used? I'd also love to hear a soundclip if you have the time to make one.

The part # I'm not certain of since I purchased the muffler at the shop. He did say it was a crossflow unit for a camaro/firebird from Magnaflow. I cant imagine there are many variations of that particular application.

The sound clip I think might be disappointing to most since it is virtually stock quiet, but I'll see about trying to get one up.

Okay so looking at Magnaflows website it's either this
http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...=main&id=10936

or this
http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...=main&id=10935

The only difference I can see between them is one has 2.25 inch outlets and the other has 2.5's. What's odd is both of them are 2.5 inch inlets which means your shop must have put some kind of adapter on the stock piping. (I believe the Focus is 2.25) Both seem to go for around $108 online which doesn't seem too bad.

Here's the equivalent Flowmaster- Slightly more expensive though

If you don't mind me asking how much was the job after labor?

The Focus is closer to 2.0" dia piping with the main aftermarket cat back exhausts being either 2.25" OD or 2.5" for the FSWerks.

Lawson Industries Insynerator part number 77583. They make Flowmasters. It will cost about $45 bucks through Amazon and it sounds great. You will need an adapter from Autozone for $4 and a clamp for $3.

I'd like to hear that setup on someone elses Focus before I bought it. Traditionaly I don't like flowmaster all that much, sounds too raspy and wheezy to me- that's a great price though.

I provided the Magnaflow tips which I got from Amazon for $80/pair. Everything else provided by the exhaust shop and the total tab from there was $230
