Is this true? That kind of power at the wheels would be sweet. Everyone would do this upgrade I would think. Does anyone offer this as a package?

I'm also looking into doing a head swap. Will the 2.3 bolt right up?

I will be starting my new job here soon. Once I start and have the money together I am doing the head swap and the crank swap. I am running the 2.0 and plan on doing the 2.3 crank. I may see if I can get a hold of a complete 2.3 and swap out that crank for the 2.5 crank out of the fusion and if the head will work from that motor to the 2.3 I may do that. I am building mine as a n/a car and will be running on a bottle. I am just trying to figure out ways on how to get the best torque gains and best whp gains in the top end. I just did a base run on the dyno at az race world llc today and got my numbers.

You'll need custom rods. The blocks are not the same. The D23 block has a deck height increase of 11mm over the D20. I have no idea about the D25 I4, but the bore change could indicate different bore spacing as well as deck height increases. There's no way to know without making measurements, and I don't think anyone has done that to date.

Ford is not like GM who builds multiple displacements from the same block. Ford will change all the dimensions, but keep the same basic design.

I've been looking at doing this paired with a stage 2 turbo, what kind of modification would be required to make this work? Would it be better to leave it naturally aspirated?

I have a 2010 Ford Focus and the swap is pretty easy but I had some problems with my throttle by wire.

What is your review? Lost the low end? Just added up top or powerband shifted to peaky in the high rpm? Worth it or not really?

Yes it just moved the power band up to higher RPM's is all I noticed, but it didn't really inhibit my low end power at all. Not really 100% worth it, I expected more out of it.
