Svt Coolant Line Routing

Im doing an SVT motor swap into my Escort ZX2 and I was wondering if anyone had a diagram showing the routing of the coolant lines. There are like 4 lines coming off of the thermostat housing when the ZX2 only has one, so Im a little confused here. Also does anyone have the part numbers of all of the hoses? I know one is discontinued but Id like to be able to get all of the other ones and have a part number to verify I have the right ones Any help is appreciated.

I think two of he lines run to the oil cooler on svt's. the lines that head towards the bulkhead.

Thanks for the help. Think I should be able to run the Zx2 thermostat housing and just tee off a hose once I run the lines through the oil cooler. We'll see.
