What are your goals with the car? How many miles are on the car now? What is your budget? These will help people comment on your choices.

Also, which steeda sway bar, and which H&R springs?

I find that a lower front suspension tie bar makes more of a difference than a strut tower brace. The one that connects the front lower suspension arms together. Since they are cheap, do them both! I'm really cheap and made my own with some scrap 3/4" conduit.

Also, inspect your suspension bushings, ball joints and tie rod ends closely. Check for play with a pry bar. Check the rear trailing arm bushing up where it connects to the car, those seem to be a common failure location as the rubber begins to delaminate from the trailing arm.

Oh, yeah. Do your own string alignment. Then do it again after driving a few weeks, after the suspension settles in.

Hold off on the uper strut tower brace...you'll see little improvement on the handling/dollar ratio.

Have you considered going with Ford Racing instead of the koni/omni combo?

Then go here and give them a call for prices

That way you are getting fresh springs (about 1.5" lower than stock but still plenty of clearance) and matching shocks. Should be about $340 shipped too. Just another choice for you to ponder.

For your sway bar since you dont have one, you will need Steeda's mounting kit/sway bar combo.
