I had a rattle and it was because the valve cover wasn't all the way tightened so that could be a place to look into. Also the heat shield around the exhaust under the car could be loose and rattling which was another problem of mine.

That cat bracket and the heat shield are a lot of the times the cause of a rattle. Even if it is simply cracked it will still rattle.

Got it fixed thanks.

It was the sway bar end links.

I was about to mention that. When I picked up my '02 it had some crazy rattling problems. I researched it and a lot of people seemed to have good luck after replacing the end links. I figured it was worth a shot since it was a cheap fix and would probably need to be done at some point anyway. Swapped them out and all my rattle woes were gone.

The heat shield on the cat did make a rattle noise at 2100RPM, but I took the cat off. Yay RT Cat

I replaced the trans and passenger side mounts. I still have the rattle :/
Im going to put the stock dogbone back in and see if that does it.

Lower Trans mount is always a suspect, can't hurt to upgrade it!

Problem Solved!

While doing an oil change Friday, I was laying down and bumped a bolt on the cross member and it made the same rattle noise. So I poked around and found it
So I am STOKED no more annoying god-awful rattle noise

Rattle noise

Same problem. It's either coming from the shield by the transmission or it sounds like its coming from under the motor.
