The tinting windows exist. For a house it costs about $2000 per square foot. It works by one polarized layer then a layer that goes in a perpendicular direction. When current is applied the one polarized layer becomes polarized in the same direction as the first layer. So it uses electricity to be clear and is completely black without

Fair enough. Unfortunately not every driver has the forethought to roll down illegally tinted windows so cops can be safe. Also, the safety issues for other drivers/pedestrians still is too much for me. That said, I recognize people think the risk of tickets is worth the tint... I just don't want to hear things like "that g donut eating pig gave me a tint ticket" haha. They're just doing their jobs, it's the people with the illegal tint who decided to break the law! Same reason I don't complain about speeding tickets

I don't grab my papers till asked. The movement you make to get them can be misconstrued. I roll my windows down turn off the car and rest my hands on the wheel.

Would be nice. I can't even put a screen protector on a smart phone without bubbles.

I found a company with good reviews with 50 dollar precut kits on ebay. good reviews on the tint forums n everything. really wanna try it considering I got quoted 340 for my mk1 in town, that's all the windows and a sun strip with lifetime warranty. ouch. and they use like maxpro or something film, not 3m or llumar

I've never tinted a car myself, but I'm the local "pro" of screen protectors, tablet protectors, etc. [bootyshak
I know tint is a bit different, but for $20-50 I'm darn tempted to try out these precut ebay deals. If I do, I'll certainly let you know how it goes.
