I'm assuming these can be spliced into the dome light wire.

All they require is a hot and a ground as they do not come on with the dome light. They are "standalone" and only operate when someone needs them and turns them on. They are incredibally easy to wire in.

Indeed they can, see above answer. They require a hot 12v and a ground and that is it. The rear dome light is wired directly into the front dome light which is also very easy.

I have sold these two sets so if anyone else would like a set please email me direct and I will get hold of some more. svtpuke@gmail.com
