Question looking to buy 2009 focus

I'm considering buying my buddy's 2009 focus ses coupe. Since I'm buying it off my friend there are now warranties with is, so are there any issue with the 2009 coupe that I should possibly expect or anything preventive I could do? Would appreciate any wisdom you are willing to share. It is a stick.

Thank you.

Are you planning on giving us any information beyond the miserly amount you've provided thus far?

It's a red 2009 ses coupe with sync. Around 33,000 miles. Everything is stock except for the HID headlamps he installed, which I would probably convert back to factory bulbs when those go out.

great cars. manuals do have an issue with the clutch return spring breaking. not a big issue, just an inconvience and can make the cruise finicky in cold weather.
