hope it stays clunk free!
was this the first time they applied the TSB? if they just changed your springs and bearings per the TSB do you find the car now little softer as you drive over same roads/potholes?

Be sure to report back with any news. I'm sure everyone here is interested in hearing your results.

Thanks!

I had the springs changed after 3 months of ownership. Didn't notice a change.

I have the exact same problem that you are referring to. I can't pin point where the rattling and vibration is coming from in the engine area. I've only owned my car for a month now.

I've learned to just live with it. When I went in for my first oil change I mentioned it but the dealer wasn't able to replicate it (maybe because the car was already warmed up from me driving there) and they said they hadn't heard of this before. Thankfully that's one of the only complaints I have about this car.

Hi Dave75 and jtrain,

If you haven't already, I recommend contacting my colleagues at Ford Canada so they can assist. They can be reached at 1-800-565-3673.

Just been reading the forums. Was wondering if your still having the problem? Mine has been looked at and things have been replaced and the sounds still are there ... I have 6000 miles on mine and have had it since Aug.. Just wondering of its status..

I dont get why we are being made to just deal with it ... I have had crappers that make less noise.
