Water in my Spare tire Well

Just bought a used 2012 focus hatchback 2 weeks ago and discovered water in the spare tire well today. I think it came in during a car wash earlier this week. It has not rained since I bought the car. I would think if it had been wet when I bought it would have smelled musty. After reading this post I am curious what Ford did to repair the leaks and where is the water coming in? My car is still under warranty so I will be taking it in.

I believe they found it was coming in from overhead around the center tail-light assy.

At least it's something minor and easily fixable.

Repeated the process and upon opening the rear hatch and looking down the spare tire well was FULL of water. Clearly it was spilling over into the rear footwell, seats were getting wet as well.
I hope everyone checks their spare tires and rear carpet post haste if you're affected at all by Sandy.
Unfortunately I'm in a bind and the dealer can't get the car in until next Monday(!)
Good luck.
My brain could not process your first sentence............

Let us know how things go at the dealership, murphfocus. If you need my assistance, just send a PM my way.
