Focusboy, do you have more specs, pics, and what it cost you to get what you had done? its my favorite by a good bit so far. also debating just swapping the lunchbox for a better flowing dual-out muffler

How hard would it be to "Y" off the cut off point and run dual tips out, single tip on right and left. I think that would look sweet and sound damn good. The stock pipe diameter is what, 2.25" from the cat back? If so, the most I would go would be 2.5" from cat back to 2 resonators and then split to duals. I wouldn't want to go too big on pipe diameter with a 2.0L 4-cyl. because you can lose torque and Hp real easy by going too large.

This is my first post on here so hi everybody. I've been lurking for a while. I'm curious if anyone can tell me what sort of werks package I should get. I have a 2012 Sedan S Model. I'm only just getting in to moding because I'm mostly doing it for the MPGs. So anyway my question is what package would I need to fit my car. I want the stealth set up but I don't know which one I need. Thanks everybody!

Fswerks and Magnaflow are the two best systems out there.

stock pipe diameter is 2"

You would see a 5-8whp increase with just exhaust but if you combine that with headers you are basically adding 15-20whp and driven normally at highway speeds you may see an increase in gas mileage like I did of 2-3mpg.

If you are doing it for gas mileage I will say stop because you will never save enough gas to justify the price of the exhaust. If you are doing it for performance and effeciency I say go for it.

Here's my current setup. Removed everything behind the cat, put a 6" round Magnaflow muffler up front, and 2.5" stainless steel tubing all the way back to a 3.5" Magnaflow tip. It's going to be changed very soon to dual rear exit.

Anyone seen or used this: http://www.magnaflow.com/02catalytic...irectfit=51153

Looks like a header/catalytic converter combo from Magnaflow
Anyone have a pic of the stock Focus manifold and exhaust?

Honestly one of the best NA 4-banger sounds I've ever had the pleasure of hearing, and I don't just say that because it's my car. FSWERKS did a good job with this, and the power is there too. :)

Looks interesting

Just a direct swap, don't see to much for gains though.

So using this wouldn't work as well as the headers from FSWERKS or OBX, correct? So have you seen a dyno sheet from someone using the Magnaflow header?

I believe that a gain will be had, just not to the same extent. Because this still has a catalytic converter thus will not be as free flowing as a long tube header. May be a good alternative though while remaining legal.

The cat is a higher flowing unit compared to stock, but being an emissions piece was not tested to see how much it gains over the OE unit.
