Funny Noise
I'm sure that this issue has been addressed somewhere else in this forum but I couldn't find it. I purchased a new 2013 Titanium on Saturday and when i got home I noticed a noise eminating from under the hood. Basically what happens is when I open any car door winding noise followed by a coupble of "clicks". This goes on for about 20 seconds and stops. I drove the car over 500 miles this weekend and haven't noticed and problems. Unlike others I have read here the gas mileage seems decent for a car that's not broken yet and the transmission seems to shift nice as well. Any input as to if this has happened to others is grealy appreciated....

That is considered a normal sound per a service note provided from Ford saying something about the shift actuators and the clutches going to a neutral position to be ready to start the car. Why some people seem to notice this, and others do not is beyond me.
