Exclamation help???!!! 2002 focus se problem

So I have a 2002 Ford Focus SE DOHC with about 129,000 miles. I love this car! On Friday on my way home from work I had absolutely no power. I was going up a hill with it matted and could only go 30 mph. It also smells like it is running crazy rich. Today (Sunday) I changed all 4 plugs hoping that was the problem and then I changed my downstream 02 sensor because I had a code for that. That was also the only code I was getting. Now the code is gone but the problem is not fixed. What else could this be? I've read that maybe it could be the PCV hose? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
