ATX Valve Body replacement

Like many here, I experienced problems in my '02 SE's automatic transmission. Rather than chase all the various solenoids, I opted to replace the entire valve body.

Purchased a rebuilt body on ebay for $150.00 (plus shipping) from http://stores.ebay.com/transmissionpartsusa

Here are a couple of notes for those considering doing this job.
  • Not a hard job, just messy!
  • When removing the old body, watch out for the accumulator valves and springs that will fall out!
  • Don't forget to swap out the manual shift lever from the old body to the new one
  • Don't over-torque pan bolts and choose your gasket/RTV with care
  • For the shop manual, visit here http://www.scribd.com/doc/45351547/4F27E

After replacement, car shifts great!

Having similar issues with my trans. They currently don't list any valve bodies. Did they when you made the purchase? Did it come with solenoids?
