Advocare 24 Day Challenge! 24 Days to a better life.

This is what I weighed this morning 2/18/2013


Im sick of being a big guy, im done with it. Ive looked at many many many diet/weight loss plans. And the Advocare 24 Day Challenge stuck out to me. I live a very un-conventional lifestyle because of my job, no 9-5 here and out of all the diet plans I think this one is gonna work best for me.


The Program is split into 2 parts the Cleanse Phase, and the Max Phase.

Days 1-10 Cleanse Phase:
The first ten days are about cleansing your body of toxins and preparing for optimal nutrient absorption, and you may enjoy weight loss as well!

Days 11-24 Max Phase:
Give your body the best tools you need to achieve your next weight management goal during days 11-24!

Many of my friends have lost a lot of weight on this system. Im hoping to lose at least 20 pounds in 24 days and I have a lot of weight to lose. Ill be keeping track of my progress here to show everyone how im doing and to keep myself motivated. I also got my parents to do the Challenge with me so hopefully between the 3 of us we lose a lot of weight as a family.

Today is Day 5 and this is what I woke up to



DOWN 5 POUNDS IN 4 DAYS!

Im feeling great so far the diet itself has been pretty simple, My day goes like this:

Breakfast: Oatmeal with rasins and nuts and a Hard Boiled Egg

Lunch: Salad leafy greens, and Vegetables. Even had some Tuna One day.

Dinner: Chicken or Fish. Vegetables. Made a very good spanish rice one night as well.

Everything is normal healthy food, in smaller portions. You have to snack between meals too, so your metabolism stays up! Today is the Halfway mark for the Cleanse Phase. So far so good!

Keep it up!

I started going to the gym recently because I noticed that I had gained a few pounds. I found a friend to go as well, so we have a little competition of who can do more reps/lift more weight, etc. It keeps things interesting. It also helps my weight and balance when I go flying :-P

True that, Ive been working out at home, just simple stuff like push up and jumping jacks, a gym membership is kinda out of the question for me, since im gone from home about half the month or more it would be a waste of $$$

Today is day 13.

Down 8 pounds so far, I started the Max Phase of the Challenge last Thursday. The Max Phase is where most weight is lost so I'm expecting good results this week.

Still exercising almost every day, I did a lot of travel last week and had no choice on some food choices but overall still doing good in that department!

Ill update with a scale picture in a few days when I get back home again.

Overall Ive been feeling great since starting the 24 Day Challenge!

Diets, for short term goals, may be a good idea. Change your outlook on food, exercise, lifestyle and attitude will have longer lasting results.

Its been a busy week, I havent been home much which is making food choices dificult, but as of this morning I am down 11 pounds in 21 days. My parents also did the Challenge with me and they are also down in the 10 pound range.

I totally agree, I plan on continuing with the healthier food choices, The 24 Day Challenge is a great way to kick start weight loss and its a good starting point.

14 POUNDS IN 24 DAYS!!!!

Its a great jumpstart to my weight loss goals and a healthier life. I feel great and tho I was hoping to loose a little more I am very very happy with the results of the program, I WILL be keeping up the good food choices and exercise to keep losing weight, and I will keep using Advocare products to help me reach my goals!
