Mist in Headlights

So I took the car into the dealership Friday and of course the mist didnt show up , so they said they have logged it in the computer when it comes back to take it straight to the dealer and they will take pictures and send to Ford.. Asfor the hood and tailgate theyre bodyshop adjusted them up now that problem is fixed, Just the headlights now

I had the same experience with both of my ST3 lights. It happened the day I brought it home but I haven't noticed it since. The dealer had it sitting in a heated garage/showroom area and it wasn't there when I inspected it for pick up, but when it sat in my non heated garage at about 30 degrees after an hour it was present. I will take mine to the dealer if I see it again just to get something on record. Its good to know I'm not the only one that saw this, thanks.

Mines on record but like I said when it was there didnt show up !! it shows after ive been driving it ,then park it for a while . So my guess its cold and humid outside and the that air meets the hotter air from the engine then it causes the mist. My dealer told me too bring it back when the mist is present then they will take pictures and send them to Ford I have pictures but they wouldnt take them. Anyways havent used the car since ..

I haven't noticed mine fogging, but my passenger side has some water spots in it. Guess I will have to make a trip to the dealership. For what they are charging for the replacement housings they shouldn't be fogging\spotting.

They should'nt charge you They have a 3 year warranty . Go back to the dealer .

Headlights can and will fog up reguardless of how well sealed they are that why they are vented on the back to help let out moister.
