Read my first post. Many tail-lamps are shipping tight against the body, so when the unit vibrates, it chips paint. There's an adjustment pin that keeps the fin part of the cluster from being flush, thus fixing this problem.
It's not really an adjustment pin. The only way to adjust it is to loosen it, which is not a good idea. I used washers under the pin to push the fin part of the tail light away from the body like others have suggested.
