If what you said is true where you shipped it to a different adress then what his PayPal confirmed adress is you'll most likely loose this dispute and that may be a reason why he filed it knowing this. PayPal always says and tells sellers to ship to the buyers confirmed PayPal adress if not they will almost always side with the buyer since you failed to ship it to an adress that has been confirmed by PayPal and the buyer.

im afraid thats whats gunna happen. hopefully after this nobody else will deal with him if thats how he is gunna be. i lose out on 250 dollars. he gets free header.

I had a similar situation happen to me, I bought a part from a Marine company. I put my address I am living at now, but when it was shipped they sent it to my old address that was in paypal, I contacted the company and was told "Oh well" so I contacted the people living at my old address and they shipped the package to me. I would suggest that to the buyer if it is possible for him to contact the person living at his old address.

The thing is , both addresses are in the same town , only a couple miles from one another. This kid has posted on FB so i know hes been online , i know hes gotten my messages. This sucks , im a very honest and reliable seller and this hurts.

5 days since the dispute , still no contact...

well , he dropped the paypal dispute today and i got my money back.

Aaron hasnt messaged me back at all. but i very greatful.

That's not even the case or the issue. We mods have nothing to do with any transactions and he was just trying to help. Besides that was years ago and has nothing to do with this issue. Anytime someone wants to check out a seller or a buyer just search his name on here and see what threads pop up. This is the whole reason why we have a BST rating as well.

Well, great that you got your $ back, but having no contact with a buyer or seller after an issue leaves a bad taste in your mouth, or it does for me atleast.
