2010 coupe 50K maintenance suggestions

I'm 30 miles from 50K. A routine oil change is due about now. I was wondering if I need to swap out tranny, clutch, and radiator fluids about now too? Plus I've noticed 1st and R are pretty tough to shift into from full stops sitting in natural and when its cold.
