Fuel leaking on 2012 focus hb se

Hey everyone, i'm having an issue with my focus whenever i fill up the gas tank. sometimes it leaks and sometimes it doesn't underneath the tank. can't figure out what it is and i bought the car used so i can't exactly take it to a ford dealer and get it checked out. i know there's something installed that will make it leak when it's being overfilled, but the tank is clearly not if it is leaking as soon as start the pump. here's a video of it that i took today, this is probably the worse it has leaked..

http://youtu.be/ozEeLMiS8Q4

thank you guys in advance.

If its leaking while pumping gas I would follow the filler neck hose to the tank and see if the clamp has come lose or the hose isn't sitting flush.

Its a 2012 so what about bringing it to the dealer to check out? Leaking fuel is kind of a serious matter.

Is it possible you are overfilling it? From what I see it looks like that one hose is dripping massively above the fuel line. I would take it to a dealership and have it serviced under warranty.

Yes as long as it is under 36,000 miles the warranty is still valid.
