I'm honestly a bit disappointed by my Hoen foglight bulbs. They're don't match the HIDs as closely as I hoped they would:




The HIDs are clearly a bit bluer than the fogs. But, being that I got my Mach HIDs used, the bulbs could very well be something other than stock, or may be getting old and starting to color shift.

Hmmm.... I'll keep that in mind. I'm still running the factory bulbs and I hate how the fogs don't match. Just waiting for them to burn out. Little buggers last forever. Appreciate the pics.

I picked up a set of the Morimoto's a while back, and one of them is noticeably different in color after being on for a while (or it was, way back when I was actually driving my car...).

I'm not sure if it's a problem with the bulb, ballast or elsewhere...

You are comparing a HID lamp to a halogen lamp. They will never "match" perfectly. I think you will find that even like temperature lamps can have some color variation to them.

They have more color options too; The Phillips D2S is OEM btw.

Another vote for 4300K, I really don't like anything over 5K.

If u order from them buy there water clear lenses for the e55 projector or swap the projector out for the new hella evo r. I'm running clear lenses and 5k moros from TRFS and there FXR 3.0 stage 3 kit, 55w 5k moros on my fiesta.
Buy from them customer service is topnotch
