Check you local automotive stores. The ones local to me will take your old oil. and should be no charge.

My Vehicle Health Report will not run.

It did when I first bought my 2013 ST, but for some reason now it keeps telling me to register at Syncmyride.com which I am already registered. The only help there was to ensure Caller ID was active on my phone which it has always been.

Fwiw, you're missing nothing as the "vehicle health report" is essentially useless. It will tell you what the car is already telling you (e.g. Oil change needed, "check engine" light) or confuse you if you happen to run the report with the emergency brake on or the engine off. Another example of Ford selling the "sizzle" with no accompanying "steak".

Did you upgrade your ST from another Focus? If so, did you remember to add your ST to your syncmyride profile? I had a syncmyride account but I forgot to add my Ti Hatch and so I was not able to run a VHR until I added the car to my account.

Hopefully, this will solve your problem.

But it doesn't surprise me in the slightest that if you were to have the hand brake on while stationary it would assume that your brakes are seized up as the disks would be clamped shut.

If you run the test with the TC turned off that will also indicate a problem where there isn't one.
